We are delighted to be able to offer wrap around care for our children at Breakfast & Afterschool Club in the school lower hall. Please see below for some helpful information.
Sammy’s Den Breakfast Club
Breakfast club opens at 7:30am and is available for all children from Reception to Y6. There are also a limited number of spaces for our 3 & 4 year olds attending Nursery. If your child is in Nursery, and you would like to use breakfast club, please contact the office to book your place.
Cost:
| 7:30am to the start of School | £5 per attendee |
| 8:00am to the start of School | £3 per attendee |
All children are offered breakfast on arrival and cared for in a safe and fun environment until it is time to begin the school day. We ask that children arrive by 8:20am to allow them time to enjoy breakfast and time with friends.
If you have a nursery aged child you may be able to use the place as part of your funded hours, please contact Mrs Pitt business.manager@groveroad.n-yorks.sch.uk for further information.
Sammy’s Den Afterschool Club
Afterschool club runs from the end of the school day until 5:30pm finish times are flexible and the price depends on the time that you collect your child.
Cost:
| End of School – 4pm | £6 per attendee |
| End of School – 5pm | £10 per attendee |
| End of School - 5:30pm | £12 per attendee |
Bookings
Places at both Breakfast club and After school club must be booked a minimum of 5 days in advance.
If your child has not attended either of the clubs before please contact Mrs Pitt via email business.manager@groveroad.n-yorks.sch.uk to confirm availability and book your space.
Once your child has attended a session, any further bookings can be made online using ParentMail
Wrap around care can be paid for using childcare vouchers or Tax Free Childcare, if you would like to pay this way, please inform Mrs Pitt when you make your initial booking.
